Mission, Vision and Value Statement:

Global Action Coalition (GAC) was founded in 2011 to address issues faced by Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) communities, including injustice and inequality. Our mission is to use technology to expand wellness education for all diaspora people, including refugees, immigrants, and the BIPOC community. We aim to connect the community and nonprofit services to benefit refugees, immigrants, and the BIPOC community to foster wellness educational programs and initiatives for these communities. GAC envisions communities coming together to help refugees and immigrants feel at home, understand the local language and ways, and access opportunities for improvement. Our core values are shared, common goals, and respect. We thrive on diversity and aim to make a difference in our community. We are inclusive and work with, not just for, refugees, immigrants, and the BIPOC community. We believe everyone deserves access to quality care, professional mental support, career coaching, and support regardless of their circumstances and race. We strive to provide underserved communities with the tools and education to help them thrive, access healthcare, and strengthen their communities.

The Global Action Coalition (GAC) wants to create a world without poverty. We work with communities using education and technology to help people gain their basic human rights. We bring individuals and organizations together to challenge the institutions that keep poverty and inequality going. Together, we use technology to protect and promote basic human rights, fair education, gender equality, social fairness, climate justice, and the safety needed for the dignity and peace of all people. We want to make sure that men, women, children, families, refugees, and immigrants have the power, support, and equal opportunities in society. People who are not getting the help they need live in safe, long-lasting environments that have enough food, water, housing, education, and healthcare. They have the tools to make a better life for themselves and their families, and they have the hope, chances, and ability to control their lives and futures.
