Fellow GACers!

What a few weeks it has been! We love being together as a church family, but it appears that won't be able to happen in any normal way for the indefinite future. This coming Monday night your leadership team will be having an extended meeting in which we will work through exactly how the GAC family is going to operate in these unusual circumstances. We're still the church, we still love each other, we will still be doing life together; it's just going to look different. We will be communicating with you again next week with more details. If you have any thoughts, concerns, or suggestions you would like us to be aware of, please let us know. Mark, Lev, or KT can be reached by phone or email and would love to hear from you.

In the meantime, here is what we suggest concerning this coming Sunday. We will not be able to hold our regular church service, but we do want all of us to be under God's Word and encouraged in light of COVID-19. Would you please sit down with your family and watch this message by David Jeremiah together (https://www.davidjeremiah.org/news/facing-coronavirus)? Your leaders watched it together this week and thought it was an encouraging and timely message; we hope it can encourage you as well. If you missed church last Sunday, brother Mike's message on hope from 1 Peter 1 (https://anchor.fm/thegac) was also tremendously encouraging, and has continued to encourage us this week.

Lastly, let's pray for each other. Pray for GAC leadership as they plan and strategize, pray for one another as we all face the unique challenges of this situaiton, and pray for our global community as everyone tries to fight this virus.

"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." - Psalm 46:1

In Christ,
Your GAC Leadership
